Everyone has been navigating the coronavirus public health emergency and adjusting daily as it evolves. The attorneys and staff at Folkman Law Offices are acutely aware of how our clients and their families are being affected. People across the region are concerned about their health and the health of their friends and relatives. Many are also now dealing with employment and financial issues that did not exist a week ago.
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has issued Executive Orders 107 and 108, which mandate that residents stay home and cease conducting business as usual. Despite the closure of many local businesses, Folkman Law wants to assure you (and anyone that needs legal assistance) that we are fully operational, but working remotely, and we are continuing to strive to protect your interests and advocate for you. We have always had systems in place that allow our attorneys and staff to work and collaborate remotely. Folkman Law continues to work with our adversaries and courts to provide outstanding representation to our clients and monitor their unique cases.
